Pegasus Lifts is based on downtown Puyallup. The company is jointly owned by Cyndi Anderson Roberts and Jacob Brinkerhoff. Cyndi is a life-long Pierce County resident, active in Rotary (Puyallup South Hill) and Puyallup/Sumner Chamber of Commerce. She is passionate about helping others, growing, and supporting the community. As an advocate for seniors, she is a member of the Age-Friendly City Stakeholders group with the City of Puyallup and several senior service provider groups in Pierce County, including the Health Care Providers Council and the East Pierce Senior Providers network. Cyndi runs the daily operations of Pegasus Lifts in Washington. Her husband Chris, a local law enforcement officer, mentors staff as the company Safety Officer.
Jacob is a partner in both Pegasus Lifts Washington. He is passionate about growing Pegasus Lifts to meet the needs of the communities where Pegasus serves. Jacob has over 10 years of experience in the non-emergency medical transportation sector, having worked with NEMT companies in several locations. He founded Pegasus with a conviction that medical transportation could be performed with greater dignity, customer care, and efficiency. Jacob has a background in technology and start-up business and uses that expertise to help keep Pegasus at the forefront of technology advances in transportation management.
