Dedicated Customer Service
Pegasus drivers provide superior customer service. The comfort and safety of our passengers is our priority. Drivers check passengers in and out of appointments and facilities, have the right paperwork, carry bags and any other items a passenger needs on their journey. Every passenger who needs specialty transportation is unique and has individual needs. We strive to meet those needs and exceed expectations.
Certified Drivers
All Pegasus drivers are certified in CPR/First Aid and have completed Defensive Driving Certification and PASS Basic Certification. The PASS program focuses on sensitivity training for drivers that aid passengers with special needs, subject areas include Customer Service, Communication and Stress Management, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Bloodborne Pathogens and Disability Awareness.
Comfortable Accommodations
The Pegasus fleet is made up of modern vehicles with the latest safety and accessibility features. For clients who use mobility devices such as wheelchairs and scooters, we have vans with lifts and wheelchair ramps. Sedans accommodate ambulatory passengers and those who use a walker and/or can transfer from a wheelchair into a standard passenger seat. For the comfort of our passengers, especially those with injuries or illness where cleanliness matters, our vehicles are very clean and serviced regularly to meet our high standards.

Pegasus Lifts is proud to partner with local medical facilities to ensure passengers get to the healthcare services they need. We provide specialty transportation services for those who need to get to and from appointments, hospitals, and specialized treatments.
Our partner healthcare providers trust us with their most precious cargo: their patients and residents. These providers include MultiCare hospitals: Allenmore, Auburn, Covington, Good Samaritan and Tacoma General, Life Care Centers of Puyallup and South Hill, ManorCare Tacoma and Gig Harbor, and many others.
If you need service at any local dialysis center, skilled nursing facility or hospital, call to see if we go there. We probably do!
We proudly serve our veteran and military communities though transportation services to and from Madigan Medical Center and Medical Mall and American Lake VA Center.

OUR SERVICE AREAS
Anywhere you need to go!
Our trips primarily begin or end in Pierce County. The Pegasus Lifts office is in west Puyallup and most of our partner facilities are within 20-30 minutes of our base.
Daily, our vehicles travel to Gig Harbor, JBLM, Puyallup, Tacoma and all places in between. We also provide services in South King County areas such as Federal Way, Auburn and Covington and Thurston county into Lacey and Olympia. The South Sound is our home and we pride ourselves in providing special needs transportation from mountain to sound.
